How to make a simple BBQ

Summer is ideal time for BBQ, but of course you want to enjoy it the fullest and not waste time preparing for hours nor cleaning up for hours.
So this are my 7 tips for a quick and easy BBQ
- Use disposable plates, forks, glasses and napkins. Make sure a big garbage bucket is available.
- Buy the ready made cut salads from the groceries and prepare your dressing in advance (but only put it on the salad last minute!!!)
- Make sure all your sauces are available (mayonnaise, ketchup, BBQ sauce…)
- Have lots of ice prepared in advance
- Buy the best loaf of bread available
- Make a punch with lots of fruit and little wine, to keep the alcohol level low (you want to enjoy, not getting dehydrated
) - Buy lots of different sausages: thick and thin ones and put all the meat + some potatoes at once on the grill.
Enjoy and eat what’s ready as the evening progresses
