How to get strong pain relief

If you have a migraine headache, a strong tension headache or period pain, your body is telling you something is wrong and you should try to find out why.

 

Meanwhile you can take painkillers, and a stronger one is Nurofen Plus.

 

When I have been working too long in the garden and my back is aching, I tell myself next time to work less and rest more. Meanwhile I take a Nurofen plus and make sure I avoid the garden the next few days :-)

 

Actually you should consider Nurofen Plus when Aspirin or Paracetamol doesn’t take away the pain. In other words: use Nurofen Plus when a powerful pain relief is needed like toothache, back pain or neuralgia.

 

Nurofen Plus works in 2 ways:

  • suppress the general feeling of pain due to its codeine component
     
  • work locally due to its ibuprofen component.
     

Nurofen Plus is available online (only 288 tablets per order, due to the codeine) and because you can get it without doctors prescription you should only take it for temporary pain relief like the cases mentioned above.

 

If you take Nurofen Plus for a few days in a row, do consult your doctor to find out what is the underlying problem!

Where is peace???

Our garden’s tulip flowers have long stopped blooming. No wonder as we are in full summer now. Poor people in Hungary are starving in a heat-wave and in England people are suffering in enormous floods.

What else do you need to see to know that we are overheating this planet? More heat means more evaporation, means more water that needs to fall down again…

Oh, wasn’t it Tony Blair who introduced 10 years ago a new vision for life? Hmmm: he promised different things than heating up the earth and going to war… What’s so hateful is that our house and garden is in the mercy of those idiots ruling and destroying our planet…

How to get rid of ants?

In Asia we have the tendency to hang a plastic bag somewhere in our kitchen and throw our garbage in it. Next thing you know your whole kitchen is full with what we call "sugar-ants", those tiny little ants running around everywhere.

How to get rid of ants?

This is what I have been doing successfully:

  • Dishes go straight into the dish washer (yes, I have a dishwasher…). If you don’t have a dishwasher, make sure to rinse everything at once and make sure dishes are done as soon as possible.
  • Everything sweet has to go in an airtight container. If the container still attracts ants: put it in the fridge.
  • Bleach towels or disinfecting wipes are great for lazy people like me: wipe your kitchen counters with bleach towels every day/ There are 35 towels in my "disinfecting wipes" towel box, so it lasts about 1 month.
  • Get rid of garbage: it’s dirt simple: ants only want to eat and tiny as they are, they really only need a little piece of food to bring in their whole extended ant colony :-)
